Job Description:

• DDi is hiring freshers for Business Analyst.
• Employment Type: Full Time.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education in Any Graduate/BE/BTech/MCA/BSc/MTech – with a Computer Science/Studies background.
• 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Should be trained in BA (Business Analyst).

Core Competency Requirements:

• Support senior BA to elicit & document requirements like PRD, URS, FRS, RTM and Impact Analysis etc.
• Support the development team for functional clarifications with help of seniors.
• Perform functional testing to ensure that all requirements are implemented as per requirements documents.
• Update URS, FRS & RTM to include the approved change requests.
• Update status periodically or when requested.

Requirement:

• Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills along with critical thinking.
• Expected to perform duties with little supervision and will be self-directed in terms of time and workload management.
• Innovative and keen on learning and implementing new practices.
