Job Description:

• Genpact Mega Walkin Drive For Customer Service: Voice Roles (English & Hindi).
• Languages known: Hindi+English.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Only work from office).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Discipline except law).
• Freshers are eligible.
• We are not considering undergraduates/result awaited candidates/pursuing candidates for these roles.
• Candidates with previous experience (1 to 2 years) in voice/non voice process can also appear for interview.
• Candidate should be able to Read/Speak/Comprehend in Hindi and English languages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern.
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
• Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
