Job Description: Specialist Programmer Trainee

We are looking to hire candidates with strong programming background who will be responsible in developing full-stack applications and enterprise-grade platforms using modern frameworks, applying AI in software engineering, and work collaboratively in dynamic teams.

• Java micro services – Java/JEE, Spring boot, Cloud foundry, Docker.

Compensation Details

• Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA.
• Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA.
• Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2024/2025/2026 batch UG/PG graduates.
• Work Experience – Upto 2 years (0-2 years).

Focus on core programming as individual contributors

• Write high-performance, high-quality code, that is scalable & extensible in procedural, object oriented & script-oriented languages.
• Providing solutions with minimum system requirements and in Agile Mode.
• Works in multiple technology platform, multiple languages in the technology platform (application/integration/DB, specific OS), performance tuning, handling modularity.
• Co-create and develop New Products and Platforms for our clients.
• Contribute to Open Source and continuously upskill in latest technology areas.

Job Description: Digital Specialist Engineer Trainee

Role & Responsibilities 

• The Digital Specialist Engineer role will be responsible for implementing design, development, validation, and support activities in line with architecture requirements and participate in Knowledge Management activities.
• We are looking for good programming competency to design and develop solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• The Digital Specialist Engineer will be involved in understanding the functional and non-functional requirements by going through the specifications and inputs from Business Analysts to be able to participate effectively in the Design, Development, and testing phases of the project.
• Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts), conduct reviews for self and peers.
• Perform validation activities (Functional, Integration, System, User experience) based on the plans.
• Identify and validate defects found (including those identified during User Acceptance Testing), create, and review relevant artifacts (Test scripts, Documentation, Automation, Setups).
• Work on Go-Live activities as per the Implementation plan.
• Respond to production issues and arrive at a solution with inputs from stakeholder.

Compensation

• Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus.
