Job Description:
- Accenture hiring freshers for Associate Level in Bangalore.
- International Voice/Semi Voice Process under BPO industry involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls and Managing Data.
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts or Fixed Night Shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers to 4 years Experience (looking for Immediate Joiners).
- Undergraduates (10+2) / BE with min 6 months experience in Voice BPO only.
- Undergraduates Freshers / BE / B.Tech Freshers / Any Post Graduates CANNOT APPLY.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience in BPO Voice Domestic/International.
- Only candidates with excellent communication skills will be shortlisted.
