Job Description:
- We are looking forward to hire Data Analytics Professionals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher / up to 2 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of Sql/Python/Power BI (exposure to any one of them).
- Logic implementations.
- Basic database operations like altering database tables, creating and managing views, SQL joins and composite select and data manipulation language.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good written and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently with a minimal guidance.
- Proactive Attitude for self growth.
- Flexible to work with multiple technologies.
Required Technical Competencies:
Domain/ Industry Knowledge:
- Has basic knowledge of customer’s business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
- Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and simple business models in line with customer requirements with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.
Technology/Product Knowledge:
- Has basic knowledge of technology product/platform standards and specifications.
- Able to implement code or configure/customize products with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.
- Able to create unit test cases, scenarios and code that adheres to the low-level design & requirements and work on simple/elementary modules independently.
Tools & Platform Knowledge:
- Appreciation of the fact that custom coding may be required to customize every step of the data science/analytics life-cycle and must have awareness of the mainstream programming languages available (e.g. R, Python etc.).
