Job Description:

• Conduent is hiring for International Voice Process.
• Position: Customer Support – International Voice Process.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Shift Details:

• Flexible to work in any shift.
• 5 Days Working.
• Rotational Week Offs.

Salary:

• Freshers: Up to 23k in hand.
• Experienced: Up to 28k in hand.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome.
• Work Experience: 0-3 Years.
• Undergraduates & Graduates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support International Voice Process (Inbound calls).
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer’s issues on TAT.

Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
