• Firstsource is hiring for International Voice Process.
• Position: International Voice Process Executive.
• Process: UK Voice Process.
• Job Type: Full-Time.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
• B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, Post Graduation Freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates with any level of experience can apply.
• Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
• Comfortable handling international/UK customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts, as required.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
• Update customer information and call details in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
