Job Description: AR Executive (Voice)

• Education: Graduates only – BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech.
• AR Executive Voice Process (Night Shift).
• Take Home Salary: Up to 18,000.
• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM || 8.30PM to 5.30AM (US Shift).

Roles & Responsibilities – AR Executive (Voice):

• Contact US Insurance Payers to resolve claim issues (denials & nondenials).
• Review systems for payments, adjustments, and selfpay updates.
• Identify and escalate trends or issues when necessary.
• Maintain SOP updates, Issue Logs, and Trend Trackers.
• Participate in RCM training sessions.
• Resolve complex patient account issues.
• Route noncalling accounts to the analytical team.
• Identify payer-level issues and support reprocessing activities.

Job Description: Medical Coding/Billing (Non Voice)

• Education: Graduates only – BA, BBA, B.com, B.Sc, BCA.
• Salary: 15,000.
• Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• No cab facility.

Roles & Responsibilities – Medical Coding/Billing (Non Voice):

• Basic knowledge of medical billing & coding concepts.
• Good analytical and attentiontodetail skills.
  Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a processdriven environment.
• Willingness to learn US healthcare systems and payer guidelines.
