Job Description:

• Firstsource Walkin Drive For  for International Email Process.
• Work Location: Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and requests through email communication.
• Provide accurate and professional responses to international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and cases.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround-time (TAT) targets.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer information and company data are handled confidentially.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any graduate/12th pass, depending on company requirements.
• Work Experience: Freshers and candidates with customer service, BPO, email support, or international process experience can apply.
• Preferred: Experience handling international customers through email or chat.
• B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, Post-Graduation Freshers are not eligible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Good grammar, spelling, and email-writing skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Good customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize emails.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

• Email quality score.
• Customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Productivity/number of emails handled.
• First-contact resolution.
• Attendance and adherence.
