Job Description:

• The role is that of a Robotic Process and Intelligent Automation Developer who will provide technical programming support to develop intelligent automation routines, provide on-going maintenance for those routines.
• He will be responsible for the functions, activities and skills required for the analysis, design, implementation, test and maintenance of all automation projects.
• Intelligent Process Automation is a key driver to delivering improved customer service, productivity and cost benefits for Xerox.
• The right candidate will have the ability to translate business processes into intelligent automations and to identify and communicate optimization opportunities within such processes.
• Timings: UK Shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes toward development of intelligent automation routines using available Xerox software packages.
• Work closely with process owners across the Xerox enterprise to identify automation opportunities and to communicate the use of intelligent automation technologies in the business.
• Become an expert practitioner on the current and future suite of intelligent automation technologies available to Xerox.
• Support all areas of the business with development, testing and deployment phases of intelligent automation projects.
• Sharing best practice and provide support to all other Automation developers.
• Plans, designs, develops, tests the software and the on-going maintenance of live and deployed automation routines.
• Close working relationship with RPA Operating Team Manager, RPA Process Controller and Lead Developer.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in specialized field.
• Minimum Shows a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Minimum Has good interpersonal skills and is confident in dealing with clients/users and suppliers.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Minimum Above average verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Minimum Above average proficiency using standard Office productivity applications pc-based analytical tools.
• Minimum Above average proficiency using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
• Minimum Has a broad and moderately deep knowledge coupled with working knowledge of the activities of those businesses and other organizations that use software systems.
• Minimum Takes initiative to keep own and skills up to date and to maintain awareness of and, in own area(s) of expertise.
• Minimum Technical knowledge and understanding of major technology areas, platforms, development processes and system lifecycles
• Minimum Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Desirable Experience with OCR/ICR, NLP, chatbot technologies
