Job Description:

• WIPRO conducting Walk-in Drive for Freshers for Customer Support Role.
• Should be flexible to “Work from Office“
• Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
• Working Days: 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
• Work Location: Gopanpally, Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (should have all documents, PC & CMM Mandatory).
• Pursuing candidates are not eligible (Graduation or post graduation)
• Only Fresher’s are eligible to apply
• Need immediate joiners.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
• Should be able to handle customer/seller queries.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
