Job Description:

• Wipro Walkin Drive Frehsers For Fraud Analyst (Associate) – Shopping – Non Voice/Non-Technical.
• Work from Office.
• No Remote, No Hybrid
• 2-way transport availability.
• 5-day work (2 rotational week offs).
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory.

Primary Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Should have knowledge about Fraud and shopping.
• Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
• Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with shopping-related queries, orders, and transactions.
• Verify purchase details to ensure secure and accurate processing.
• Identify unusual shopping behavior and report potential fraud risks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide timely support to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.
