Job Description:
- Exclusive hiring at Tech Mahindra – International Voice – CSA.
- Working Days: 5 Days (2 days rotational offs).
- Work Location: Hyderabad (WFO).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- First line help desk; resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 issues including remotely troubleshooting issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Work Experience: Both Experienced and Freshers can apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Exceptional sense of urgency
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control – these might be resource or time constraints, the difficulty of the task or having insufficient knowledge required to complete the task, or unforeseen changes or problems.
