Job Description:
- SITEL Hyderabad is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 years to 35 years.
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
- Work Experience: Any Under Grad or Graduate freshers or experienced can apply.
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- Salary: As per Market Standards
Job Description For International Voice (Technical Support Level 1):
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers.
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must Have basic Technical Knowledge on networking Concepts.
- Working Days: 5 days working.
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split).
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice, Operations Round, Client Round.
- All Interviews will happen over Telephonic or Skype.
- At least 1 dose of Covid Vaccination is mandatory.
