Job Description:
- Kerv Digital is hiring Software Engineer- Fresh Grad 2023 (Development).
Primary Responsibility:
- Writing beautiful, clean, well designed code We are seeking highly talented individuals to join Kerv Digital as integral members of our esteemed development team.
- As part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining extraordinary software applications.
- We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for technology, an innate ability for logical thinking, and an unwavering desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to the creation of our exceptional software systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (IT/CS/ECE/EEE) or MCA or MSC (CS/IT) (2023 pass out) with 65% and above.
Essential – Must have one of own:
- Proficient in spoken and written communication.
- Ability to work flexibly to deliver on time to tight timescales.
- Ability and adaptability to learn modern technologies (Dataverse/ MS Power Platform/ .Net/Javascript/React JS).
- Collaborate with senior developers and delivery managers to understand software requirements and translate them into functional code.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance the development process.
- Open to taking on other reasonable tasks as required by the team or organization, demonstrating a willingness to contribute.
Candidates are expected to have some of the following skills:
- Familiarity in programming languages such as C#, Java, Or Python.
- Knowledge of .NET framework, and Javascript is a plus.
- A good grasp of SQL concepts, ability to write DML queries is desired.
- Strong OOPS concepts.
- MS CRM or SharePoint expertise huge plus.
Selection Process:
- First Round Interview: Written Test/MCQ (around programming and SQL skills).
- Second Round interview: Coding round.
- Third Round interview: Final round of discussion.
