Job Description:
- Provide client support, managing clients expectations. Primary duties include supporting a wide range of IQVIA products and services for both internal and external clients.
- Support hours is 24/5 with logins from 5.30 AM to 9.00 PM via phone and email.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client request for access to the IQVIA products on the customer portal and ensure that these are provisioned based on the assignment guidelines.
- Respond in a highly professional manner to all customer queries and problems via phone and emails and, liaising with relevant areas of the business.
- Provide timely updates where appropriate on issues via email and tickets.
- Ensure customers are appropriately informed of any delivery delays or errors and kept advised of progress and actions being taken.
- Perform basic troubleshoot on browser and customer portal issues to ensure product access is enabled to the client.
- Ensure any Service Level Agreements are honored to required quality and support standards.
- Provide an in-depth understanding of the IQVIA service offerings, with the ability to produce ad-hoc studies on demand.
- Provide support to other teams as appropriate or directed.
- Willingness to work in any assigned shift across the 24/5 coverage.
