Job Description:

• Infosys BPM Walkin Drive Freshers For Technical Role.
• We are hiring for technical role into Service Desk- International Service Desk – L1 support- Good with Office 365 knowledge/ ticketing tool.
• If you are looking to begin your career in if support with strong learning opportunities and a professional work environment, we would love to hear from you.
• Training for 2 months in Mysore, Karnataka (Accommodation will be provided by company within campus, paid training).
• Post Training – Work location: Infosys, Phase II & III Hinjewadi Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers with basic technical support knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Candidate should be graduates in BE/BTech only.
• Excellent communication in English is preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective L1 support to international clients via phone. Voice process.
• Manage tickets using ticketing tools to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.

Note:

• Meet SIMRAN HR on followed date in walk-in drive for SERVICE DESK ROLE.
