• Excellent English Communication Skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact with US Insurance Companies regarding claim status and payments.
• Analyze and resolve denied or pending claims.
• Maintain claim documentation and process records.
• Identify trends and escalate recurring issues.
• Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
• Support revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients.
