Job Description:

• Cognizant Walkin Drive For Process Executive (Mapping) – Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must be a gradudate.
• Pursuing graduation or results awaited are not eligible.
• This role requires flexible shifts and 24/7 coverage(including night shifts and public holidays).
• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging style Exposure in editing and proofreading content.
• Ability to gather information to support machine learning and NLP based Processes documented.
• Demonstrate good understanding of processes by staying updated with process knowledge/changes and referring to knowledge updates/repositories.
• Technical in natur Strong familiarity with Google products/ software e.g. Chrome, Docs, Trix etc.
• Quick learning and understanding of complex processes.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Broad understanding of driving laws/lane guidelines/traffic signals.
• Driving experience a plus.
• Ability to conduct analysis and gather information to support machine learning and NLP based processes.
• Perform analysis and gather information to support content writing / text labeling purposes.
• Create a variety of text based content as per natural language processing & machine learning guidelines.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging content that is tailored to the workflow specific requirements.
• Review own content writing / text labeling performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in content writing guidelines.
