Job Description:

• Hexaware Technologies is hiring freshers for Junior Management Trainee.
• Job Type: Full-Time.
• Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai or any other Hexaware office location across India (Location preferences will not be considered. Students should be flexible and willing to work at any location assigned to them).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program with a focus on business management or a related field.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 60%/6.00 CGPA.
• Must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must work well in a team environment and be able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data from various sources to create weekly/monthly performance dashboards for executive review.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose “Lean” or “Agile” solutions to improve efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between junior staff and management, ensuring clear communication of goals and feedback.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools.
• Leadership Quotient: A proven track record of leadership in college fests, sports, or internships.
• Agility: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly between different types of tasks.
• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to build and deliver compelling decks to senior stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members on projects and tasks as assigned along with cross functional teams.
