Job Description:
- Walk in Drive For Fresher International Non Voice Process – HCL Chennai.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2022 and 2023 B.com graduates are eligible.
- Commerce Graduates preferably having experience in accounting.
- Chennai Candidates Preferred.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Must have Excellent Command Over English.
- Immediate Joiners only.
- Flexible with Rotational Shift.
- Ready to do Work from Office.
- Typing skills.
- PC literate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound and inbound voice activity
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
- Understand and participate in Performance for Growth ensuring stretching personal objectives, a personal development plan and regular self and team feedback.
- Comply with the Training and Competency requirements and complete required training in a timely manner.
- Actively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything we do.
