Job Description:
- Genpact is inviting applicants for the role of Process Associate, Non-Voice Role – Hyd/GGN/NCR.
- Were looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
- Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are only eligible.
- Excellent Communication Skills- English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Incessant curiosity, questions the status quo, finds ways to make things better, probing, and analytical ability.
- Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Comfortable with dealing with routine work quickly and at a high standard.
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)

- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
