Job Description:
- Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Technical/Customer Service.
- In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.
- Shift Timings: 24/7 Shifts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Freshers are eligible.
- Any graduate degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good Command over English & Hindi, specially written.
- Technical Knowledge.
- Logical thinking & content creation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Worldwide support of client’s social media presence, communities and blogs including moderation, engagement, listening and insight services.
- Meet/Adhere to Contractual Metrics & Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide moderation services across all key global social channels Insights- social + product listening.
- Resources performing real-time listening and reactive or pro-active engagement.
- Adheres to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies.
