Job Description:
- Firstsource Walkin Drive For for International Semi Voice Process.
- Work Location: Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (Depending on company).
- Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply.
- B.TECH, B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
- Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
- Prior BPO/customer support experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls + email/chat).
