- Candidates must have 60% and above (from 10th onwards) in academics.
- Hindi is added advantage.
- Shortlisted candidates will work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts + 6 days working in a week + 1 Year bond.

Job Description:
- Excellent Communication skills

- Experience and knowledge of Mobile banking/Payment Systems/ Payment Gateways/Prepaid systems/Switch.
- Customer Centric and experience in handling client escalations.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Time management.
- Should be able to handle minimum 15-20 FTEs.
- Commitment for excellence/Decisiveness/Strategic perspective/Build & maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of Workflow tools.
- IT savvy, Should be able to drive process improvement & automation / Presentation skills / Problem solving skills / Exposure to audits.
