Job Description:

  • This is a staff position; you will be responsible for supporting application users in a Technical support environment.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise web applications.
  • You will also support internal/external technical and functional users.
  • The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • This position requires significant customer contact and you must possess excellent communication, consulting, and probing skills to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Applicants should be able to function in a close team environment and communicate within the team.
  • This is an entry level position and we will train the qualified candidate in the required applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of organizations.
  • Ability to work weekends when shift requires.
  • Ability to work in shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral – confident in dealing with all levels of clients, both internally and externally
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers
  • Enter contacts into call tracking system and manage those issues to resolution
  • Function in a close team environment and communicate within the team as a single unit
  • Knowledge sharing and work flexibility in a close team environment
  • Consistently meet client expectations and project deadlines
  • Work to develop customer service, probing, and research skills
  • Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions
  • Adhering to the project and departmental standards as necessary.
  • Contribution to the development of such standards where required.
  • Refer more complex issues or reconfigurations to senior specialists.
  • Demonstrate capability of handling high work pressure during peak seasons.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Work Timings:

  • During your initial training phase you will work week shifts Monday through Friday: 5.30 AM – 2.30 PM / 12.00 PM – 9.00 PM / 9.00 PM – 6AM
  • Once trained you could be asked to work (on a fair monthly rotation) any shift to support the teams 24/7 operation; additional shift payments are available for specific unsocial shifts.
