Job Description:
- Cognizant is hiring Freshers – Process Executive (Voice Process) – Hyderabad.
- Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24×7)
- Work Location: Hyderabad – permanent work from office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline) – Candidate year of Graduation/PG passed out should be between 2020 to 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
The job role would involve but not limited to:
- Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Adhere to process norms and structure.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work with great attention to detail.
- Work in a rapidly changing environment.
