Job Description:

• Cognizant is hiring Freshers – Process Executive (Voice Process) – Hyderabad.
• Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24×7)
• Work Location: Hyderabad – permanent work from office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline) – Candidate year of Graduation/PG passed out should be between 2020 to 2022.

Job Responsibilities:

The job role would involve but not limited to:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work with great attention to detail.
• Work in a rapidly changing environment.
