Job Description:
- Cognizant is Hiring Freshers For Voice Role – International Customer Support – Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills.
- Graduates (BCom, BBA, BSc, BA) passed out between 2022-2023.
- Should be ready to work in US Shifts(Night)
- Should be ready to Work from Office
- Should have all mandatory documents for BGV proceedings.
- Candidates should have all Semester Marksheet, Consolidate MEMO, Provisional certificate.
Job Responsibilities:
The job role would involve but not limited to:
- Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Adhere to process norms and structure.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work with great attention to detail.
- Work in a rapidly changing environment.
