Job Description:
- Capgemini is hiring for Customer service profile.
- Should have 0 to 6 months of experience in International Voice process preferably Banking.
- Should possess good listening skills to understand customers requirement over the phone.
- Clarify and confirm the customer requirements or problem in a minimal time frame.
- Ability to handle customer escalations.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently, Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Comfortable working in Night shift.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Primary Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be a good team player & Should be able to exceed defined SLA’s.
Secondary Skills:
- Should possess Knowledge of basic computer operations.
