Job Description:

• Amazon is hiring for Transportation Representative.
• A transportation representative acts as the primary interface between Amazon, seller and our delivery partners.
• Associates are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner/seller issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times.
• Provides/expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers/ delivery partners.
• Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
• Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics.
• Responsible for outbound calling to the customer
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
• In addition to English, Candidate should have language proficiency in either of Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi.

Note:

• This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position.
• Candidates can be based in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh.
• This role involves 100% voice-based work.
