- Amazon is hiring at Bangalore for Work from Home Chat Process for Permanent Role.
- We are hiring for customer service associates in Bangalore.

- An Amazon Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
- This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
- Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- The Virtual Customer Service Chat Support is for Bengaluru location with a permanent work-from-home model that offers opportunities to those looking for flexible options, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Skill: Virtual Customer Service Chat (VCS Chat).
- Job Type: Work from Home, Permanent role.
- Compensation Range: 2.35 to 2.82 Lacs Per Annum.
Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:

- Sodexo Zeta Meal Card- INR 1100/month i.e. 13,200/- PA.
- Night Shift Allowance – INR 150/Night.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification should be 10+2.
- Candidate must be a resident of Bangalore Location.
- Should be flexible and comfortable working in 24/7 shift (Including Night Shifts) and should have excellent communication and typing skills.
- Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and are pursuing a Regular Course are not eligible.
