Job Description:

  • We are hiring for customer service associates in Bangalore.
  • This is full time work from home opportunity, so you can work from the comfort of your home.
  • An Amazon Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
  • This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.
  • Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • The Virtual Customer Service Chat Support is for Bengaluru location with a permanent work-from-home model that offers opportunities to those looking for flexible options, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  • Skill: Virtual Customer Service Chat (VCS Chat).
  • Job Type: Work from Home, Permanent role.
  • Compensation Range: 2.35 to 2.82 Lacs Per Annum.

Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:

  • Night Shift Allowance – INR 150/Night.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification should be 10+2.
  • Candidate must be a resident of Bangalore Location.
  • Should be flexible and comfortable working in 24/7 shift (Including Night Shifts) and should have excellent communication and typing skills.
  • Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and are pursuing a Regular Course are not eligible.
