Job Description:

• We are having a walk-in Drive for B-Tech, MBA Freshers & Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience can attend this drive on 23 May 2025 (Friday).
• Fresher candidates of the 2023 & 2024 batches can attend this walk-in drive & should be immediate joiners.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers: BTech/MBA (Pharmacy candidates- not eligible).
• Experienced candidates: 1 to 2 years of exp with any bachelor’s degree.
• Preference: Good Communication & written skills.
• Working Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, comprehension, and precision.
• Proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to do high-quality stream of research output in the form of construction project profiles.
• The main job role will include tracking down the newly announced projects, updating the existing project database, and handling client queries as per the requirement.
• Good written and spoken communication skills are a must.
• The primary research (Calling) & Secondary Research are a key part of the job profile, and candidates are expected to speak to key players in the construction industry across the globe as per project to project requirements.
• The calling time may account to ~40% of the day’s time.
• The candidates should be proactive and willing to accept the new challenges or additional work that may come across once in a while.
