• Work Experience: Fresher to 2 years.
• Must work in night shift only.
• Must possess excellent communication skills with ability to tackle harsh callers, phonetic skills and excellent etiquites.
• Preferred candidate profile: Ready to work Fixed Night.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve various cases via phone/email Provide world class customer service to the clients Deliver KPI goals
  Resolve queries flagged by clients, vendors and providers, and deliver the project KPIs International Phone support and Email Support.
