Job Description:

• Zeotap is hiring for Product Analyst Intern – Bangalore Location.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field such as computer science, or statistics.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns and trends, and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and product development.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field, such as product management or business analysis, or experience working with analytics software or data visualization will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• You collect and analyze data on product performance, user behavior, and market trends using statistical analysis tools and techniques.
• Use data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
• You develop metrics that help track product performance and measure the success of new features or initiatives.
• Use data to identify areas of improvement or opportunities for growth.
• You work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• You conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and to identify gaps in the market that the company’s products or services could fill.
• Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• You stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• You develop reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for product teams and senior leadership.
• Present results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• You continuously monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or optimisations based on data analysis.
• You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
• You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time.
