Job Description:
- Wipro is Scheduling Walk-in Drive for blended (voice/non voice) process on 27th July 2018 At Wipro Sarjapur office Bangalore.
- Review Videos on Youtube and take appropriate actions on the video based on the defined policies.
- Attend calls/meetings with Customer to understand the policies and the impact of violation on end users.
- 24×7 working hours along with rotational shift.
- Should be ready to work during holidays and night shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be a graduate.
- Graduate in any Stream (Hons/General).
- Results pending would not be eligible.
- Should be strong psychologically to ensure candidate is able to work on the same for long hours during the day without much impact
- Should have basic/understanding knowledge of Adwords and AdSense.
- Should have an eye for easily spotting the above Content on a Video.
- Strong Knowledge of Current Affairs and General Knowledge to help identifying cultural biases on Videos.
- Should know to read and write more than one regional language.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Google tools such as Chrome, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.
- Basic Knowledge of Online Advertisements, Marketing strategy and Google Youtube Monetisation Policy
- Excellent Time Management skills.
- Good Interpersonal and People skills with good problem-solving approach.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Should have Customer Centric Mindset.
- Any experience in Content Management Process is an added benefit.
