Job Description:
- Validate order as per the scope of work.
- Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation.
- Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build.
- Review the network design shared by design team.
- Built network config as per the scope and design.
- Join customer edge device activation calls, lead the call and deploy the required device configuration.
- Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues.
- Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be a Graduate Fresher – Experience is not mandate.
- Telecom Domain/IT related knowledge.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- PC literate with good system navigation skills.
- Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives.
- Good Logical though process.
