Job Description:

• Wipro is hiring freshers for Finance & Accounting Ops.
• US Shift.
• 1 side cab facilities.
• 100% WFO.
• Work Location: Chennai (Sholinganallur).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication- written and verbal.
• Good Domain knowledge in Accounting.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word, PPT.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Team handling & Teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Open to Shifts especially US.
• Hard Working/Willingness to stretch.
• Sense of responsibility initiative and high quality work standards.
• Resourcefulness/Problem Solving/Self-Starter.
• ERP System: SAP.
• Workflow systems: Know ledge in Base is plus

Desired Skills:

• Extensive knowledge in Account Payable process.
• Experience in Invoice processing.
• Experience in Payment processing.
• Experience in Travel & Expenses process.
• Handling Help desk queries.
• Vendor Master Data maintenance.
• Carry out tasks to develop and attain team objectives and team twork.
• Preperation of Adhoc reports as per the management requirements.
• Timely accounting of Foreign & Local purchases invoices and Expenses post approvals.
• Maintain service level with customer base Measure progress against SLA and consistently satisfy customer in a metrics focused organisation.
• Provide reporting to management on issues or escalations.
• Carry out tasks to develop and attain team objectives.
• Active participation in the Weekly Huddle meetings and other Client Meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and stretched deadline.
• Maintain the official and Confidential records.
• Provide reporting to management on issues or escalations.
