Job Description (About NATS Apprenticeship Program):

• National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth in Trade disciplines.
• The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973; Volvo Group offers Graduate, a practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) based skilling opportunities with duration of 1 year.

Purpose:

• Within the area of our digital transformation, automation of manual process potentially using data from different applications, becomes more and more important.
• We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to join our team.

• You will work in close collaboration with our operational team in Hoskote as well as solution experts in the Volvo group.

What you will do:

• Collect, visualize & analyze data for opportunities/problems defined by the business.
• Able to extract and structure data using specialized analytics tools.
• Build data models and standard reports and tools for a wider user community.
  Performing analytics and statistical modelling on large data sets to identify trends and patterns, giving input to good people decisions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Science/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning/Information Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data collection, cleansing, and reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to interpret trends and convert data into actionable insights.
