Job Description:
- Trigent Software is hiring for Technical support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only 2022 Pass outs with no Backlogs.
- Should be having PDC or should have been applied for PDC.
- Please only who are residing in Bangalore Can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Correspond or solve requests and issues raised from Customer regarding Citrix Products by Phone and Email.
- Create web contents for frequently asked questions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Need skill to search previous examples, gather information, and ability to do decision making.
- Understanding of virtual products, Windows Server, Linux Products, and Network preferable.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Technical support to Enterprise is preferable
- English reading ability is a must since most of the documents are in English
- Structure recreate environment, workaround plan.
- Will cooperate with Sales’ requests and escalation.
