About Amazon Centralized Timekeeping:

• The vision of the Centralized Timekeeping team is to utilize top talent to streamline time and attendance data entry, reduce payroll defects and provide consistently high service levels.
• Today, CTK supports and manages time and attendance matters for thousands of Amazon Associates. Requests for edits are submitted via trouble ticketing from operators and HR across the network.
• The Centralized team manages the ticket queue by executing on the requests on a FIFO basis but will prioritize any payroll impacting ticket if there is a risk of a payroll defect.
• The efforts of this team support the business by ensuring associate’s time and attendance matters are handled with speed, precision and with customer obsession always in mind.

About the team:

• Advocacy Operations (AO) supports Amazon Flex to resolve scenarios that impact the delivery partner experience.
• This is accomplished through: Real time monitoring and offline operational work.
• The AO team is looking for an L2 associate at Hyderabad site to support the operations team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Follows SOP or manager’s instructions and ensures tasks are quality compliant.
• Contributes to project improvement ideas, if applicable.
• Responsible for giving timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, i.e., as per SOP and SLA.
• Proactively raises issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
• Meets business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, productivity targets and quality benchmarks.
• Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
• Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Degree.
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis.
• Experience working in a large team or fast-paced corporate environment, or experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint.
• Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, managing data driven report processes or processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems.
• 6+ months of human resources experience.
