Job Description:
- Torry Harris is looking for a bright, fresh mind who can think outside the box to solve business problems with IT skills.
- Students that are chosen by THBS will receive a six-month comprehensive training on various IT technologies, tools, and languages, after which they will be placed in projects depending on the training outcomes.
- Based on the training assessment, they will be assigned to any stream such as development, testing, or support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Throughout 55% and above with no standing backlog.
Desired Skills:
- Coding skills in any language.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive learning approach.
Compensation:
- Salary/Stipend – Fixed – 3.5 Lacs per annum.
- Variable Pay: Upto Rs. 50,000 per annum based on company and individual performance (This is applicable post training period).
