Job Description:
- Thryve Digital is hiring Trainee Engineer – Hyderabad, Chennai Locations.
- Work Mode: Work from Office.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduation with programming knowledge.
- Graduation year of passing: 2020/2021/2022.
- Percentage: Minimum of 60% is required in the highest qualification.
Technologies you will be working on:
- Java
- Mainframe
- ETL
- Testing
What the role entails:
- Candidates who successfully completed our selection process will become part of a curated training program aimed at upskilling and enhancing the Trainee’s capability.
- On successful completion of the training program, the Trainee will be aligned to any of our practices to work on Java/Mainframe/ETL/Testing roles.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Fresher who can demonstrate a working knowledge of any one of the programming languages.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized with the ability to adapt to changing office environments. Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English language skills in both written and verbal communication to ensure communications are issued in a professional manner.
- Willingness to relocate and work out of Chennai or Hyderabad.
Training Terms and Condition:
- The offer letter will include a training agreement – If the candidate leaves the organization within 12 months of joining, he/she will be liable to pay back Thryve Digital the training cost of INR 50,000.
