Job Description:
- Apply For This Role only if you can attend Virtual Online Test On 14th July 2022 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM IST (You will receive the interview invite one day prior).
- The Associate Content Specialist for the Global Content Operations – Commentary business assists in the preparation and delivery of Legal/Tax and regulatory products in print and online platforms.
- Performs duties such as coding, copyreading, proof reading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, validation and publishing of content.
- Supports team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.
- Attends and participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work, and participates in the process performance management.
- Maintain a working relationship with all departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Shifts: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
- Cab Facility: Yes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- We are looking to hire BA, BCom, BB,. BBM, BSc (General) freshers or candidates with less than 2 years of experience for our Content Operations team in Hyderabad.
- Work Experience: 0 -2 years (Freshers or candidates who have experience in any customer support, content operations, proof reading, any non-voice or voice process are eligible to apply).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Preferably 0 to less than 2 years of work experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/XML mark-up (Preferred).
- Good written and verbal Business English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Quick learning ability, demonstrates interest in seeking out new knowledge and learn new processes/procedures.
- Flexible to work in shifts if required.
- Attention to detail.
Major Areas of Accountability: (Approximate Percentages)
- 1. 80% – Production/Editorial/Support: Has a general understanding of legal system and some knowledge of an efficient production/support workflow process. Performs duties such as analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data. Supports team publishing goals by meeting deadlines.
- 2. 10% – Product/Process Knowledge: Works regularly on various systems, software, databases and applications to deliver quality products. Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product, including competence in scheduling and administrative systems as well as computer file management. All work will be checked until competent process knowledge is developed
- 3. 10% – Interpersonal/Team Skills: Works successfully in a team environment and understands various roles of team members. Attends and participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work, and participates in the performance management process (e.g. peer reviews, self-evaluation).
