Job Description:
- Shift: Rotational Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic and email support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials on property (stores) / equipment related issues.
- Interact with the contractors to have timely responses.
- Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team.
- Would be a 8 hrs calling environment with semi-technical support provided based on business needs.
