• Undergraduate with at least 6 months of International Voice experience.
• Strong communication skills is must.

Job Description:

• Shift: Rotational Shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic and email support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials on property (stores) / equipment related issues.
• Interact with the contractors to have timely responses.
• Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team.
• Would be a 8 hrs calling environment with semi-technical support provided based on business needs.
