Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Associate Customer Support Role.
• Have to resolve customers query through Voice Call/Chat.
• Work Location: Vizag.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or 3 Years Diploma.
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts.
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.
• 9 hour of the day, 8hrs work and 1 hour break.
• Should have a typing speed of 35WPM with 90% accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice calls/chat.
• Provide effective resolution to customer queries.

Interview Process:

• HR Round (General Check).
