Job Description:

• Concentrix is hiring for Java Full Stack Developer.
• Job Type: Full Time.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Java Full Stack Developer who has decent knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Framework, JPA, and modern SPA frameworks such as Angular.
• This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and contribute to real-world projects under close mentorship from senior team members and AI-assisted development workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain UI components using Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Build REST APIs and backend logic using Java/Spring Boot under supervision.
• Write unit tests for assigned modules.
• Fix bugs and implement minor enhancements as assigned.
• Participate in code reviews (primarily as a reviewee).
• Follow existing coding standards, design patterns, and Git workflows.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) for day-to-day coding, boilerplate generation, test writing, and debugging — under review.
• Attend stand-ups, sprint planning, and actively ask for help when blocked.

Required Skills:

• Core Java, OOP concepts, basic Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular fundamentals (components, services, routing, RxJS basics), JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of HTML & CSS, including custom CSS.
• SQL basics, REST API concepts.
• Git fundamentals.
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI coding tool (Copilot/Cursor/Claude Code/similar) for writing code, generating tests, and understanding unfamiliar code.
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code rather than accepting it blindly.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of code quality tools (SonarQube, PMD, Check style).
• Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
