Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Hiring for Customer Service Associate.
• Provide customer support.
• 5 days working and split weekly offs.
• Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off.
• 2-way cab facility provided.
• Work location: HYDERABAD BAHADURPALLY Tech Mahindra Campus.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Under Graduates, Graduates and Postgraduates
• Freshers are also eligible.
• Should not be pursuing regular education.
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process.
• Should not have plans of taking leaves in the first 3 months/Probation period.
• Relevant experience in International Voice Process.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Good customer handling skills.
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.

Salary:

• Salary for Freshers – 3 LPA.
• Experience candidates up to 5 LPA annually based on experience.
