- Any Fresher Graduate to an experienced candidate with a minimum of 6 months work experience from any international English speaking BPO/ITES can be processed.
Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra is looking out for Immediate Joiners for Voice/Non Voice Process in Chennai.
- Profile submission needs to be done towards EOD every day, thus we can validate and process interviews in the morning hours of the following day.
- Only email submissions can be acknowledged.
- Candidates need to have excellent verbal communication with neutral accent and no Regional influence.
- Good knowledge on Computer OS, Control Panel and Navigation, ISP Troubleshooting the basic issues like boot up failure, internet security.
- Knowledge on Telecom products would be an added advantage.
- Good typing skills and mail etiquettes.
- Should possess customer convincing/retainer ship skills.
